Entry 1
So I have decided to start writing. About my day, I mean. From now on, probably until I get too lazy to do this.
My life is rather uneventful, one might consider it boring, likely due to my lack of friends (I only have 1 outside of the internet). So this will maybe also be a boring diary. In an attempt to right this I will write about any tiny thing that may be of note.
This morning I made hollandaise sauce, and consumed all of it, forgetting that a stick of unsalted butter was used in it, that alone being 810 calories, along with all the other ingredients and then the 3 scrambled eggs that I used the sauce on. Likely, this was too many calories.
After doing work with my father (I had to take a tent and 4 bags of gravel back home), I went and got ice cream. It was birthday cake flavored. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed ice cream, realizing this after eating it.
The last week I have of school begins tomorrow, on Monday. Then Wednesday will be my last day at school. 2 half days follow, but I don’t consider them days because we do not do much on them. I don’t know what to write about the end of the school year, so I won’t write anything. Next year I am a Junior.
I started The Stranger, by Albert Camus, today. I have just reached the second chapter as of 7:52 PM. I enjoy the protagonist’s narration, and so far he somewhat reminds me of myself.
Presently I am sitting on my bed with a bloodied leg because of my clumsiness when shaving my limbs. I also showered not long ago, deciding to not style my hair so soon after leaving the shower so as to make my life easier.
I don’t have anything else to write about. Maybe that the lavender I planted has finally begun to sprout.
I saw a coyote while taking a nightly walk. The full moon was orange; I wonder why.
